Employee will be responsible for preparing nourishments, special tray items, portioning tasks and assembling trays; according to specific diet orders.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to read well. Ability to look at menus for therapeutic and consistentcy modified diets and determine which menu items to assemble on tray; knowledge of food handling and sanitation techniques.
