Quilt for Secretary Hooker-Odom

Each DHHS state facility was asked to complete a quilt square depicting their agency. The squares will be made into a handmade quilt to be presented to Carmen Hooker-Odom, DHHS Secretary. Secretary Hooker-Odom will be leaving her position in August of this year. Jean Mumpower, Psychology Department, was called upon to use her sewing expertise to design and make the square for Black Mountain Center. Thanks to Jean for her hard work. We think our square is the very best!!!!
