On September 27, 2007, Black Mountain Center became Black Mountain
Neuro-Medical Treatment Center. The center marked it’s 70th anniversary
with a new name. Special guest, Mike Moseley, director of the North Carolina
Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse
Services, rededicated the center.
