To expand the resources and the capacity of Black Mountain Center to address the comprehensive needs of residents at the Center and in the community
To provide opportunities for staff to enhance job skills and effectiveness and to further career goals
To contribute to the body of knowledge concerning Developmental Disabilities and Alzheimer’s Disease through research endeavors with other agencies, organizations and educational institutions
