The functions of the Black Mountain Center Foundation are administered through a Board of Directors who represent consumer, business and professional interests. There are no paid staff on the Foundation; the resources of the Foundation are applied directly to its Mission. Board meetings are conducted quarterly, and interested members of the public are welcome to attend.
